Choosing The Correct Weight Loss Plan

Weight Loss Plans are confusing, however, here at Slim & Save we are weight loss experts.  So far thousands of people just like you have lost weight and kept it off with Slim & Save.  We take weight loss seriously and always have the wellbeing of our clients in mind. Our goal is to help you find the best weight loss plan that works best for you.

We strongly advise that you speak to your GP or doctor prior to undertaking a Slim & Save weight loss plan.  A TFR (Total Food Replacement) or VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) should only be undertaken with the knowledge of your doctor as you may have underlying medical conditions that are relevant to your weight loss journey.  Regardless of how you feel, speak to your doctor before commencement.

Sometimes, certain people are not suited to a TFR or VLCD.  For example, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have had a serious medical condition or operation within recent weeks then you are ‘contraindicated’ and should wait until allowed to start.

You should be in good health with a strong mindset and positive attitude.  If you are not, then perhaps a VLCD is not right for you at this time.

There are two main weight loss plans at Slim & Save, Lifestyle and Simplicity

You will follow either Lifestyle or Simplicity weight loss plans for 12 weeks, after which time you will need to temporarily introduce some extra calories for seven days. See the “Week 13 TFR Break” section for more information.

When you have completed either weight loss plan (and lost your weight) you can follow our simple re-feed plan. Our re-feed plan helps you easily manage the re-introduction of ‘conventional’ food after your goal weight is achieved.  We really are here for you every step of the way.
