Using The Weight Tracker

When you click on the Weight Tracker link you will be taken to your personal weight log. On this page, you can track your weight loss in pounds, kilograms or in stones and pounds by selecting the available options. You can also input your weight in the desired format.

The weight tracker will enable you to see what percentage of your goal you have achieved as well as your starting and current BMI.

If you happen to make any mistakes when entering your weight you can simply delete the incorrect record. If you entered an incorrect start weight or height you can edit that by going to the “Edit Account Info” button on the top menu.
