Slim & Save Banoffee cheesecake
Banoffee cheesecake - With Slim & Save Bannoffee Poridge Pack
- 1 pack Slim & Save Banoffee Porridge
- 3 tbsp Water
- 100 g Fage
- Squirt of zero syrup optional
- Make your banoffee biscuits up as usual (adding water and then rolling onto greaseproof paper) then I used my two ramekins to cut out circular shapes to make the base
- Bake for roughly 10 mins and let cool for a second
- I actually save a tablespoon of my morning shake powder to mix into my yoghurt later but you can flavour it how you like
- Mix yoghurt with flavourings and spoon on top of the biscuit in the ramequin.
- I then top with a little quirt of syrup I went for butterscotch on this one
