Black garlic, bacon and chicken 'risotto - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g Grated Cauliflower
- 2 Rashers of Bacon Chopped
- 3 cloves Black Garlic
Instructions
- Chop the bacon up in small bits and cook in a skillet
- Remove and leave to drain on paper towel.
- Put the grated cauliflower in the same pan with salt and chopped up black garlic. (or regular garlic)
- Stir and cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes until tender. Add the bacon back in and stir well and serve.
