Brussel Sprout & Horseraddish Pate
Brussel Sprout & Horseraddish Pate - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 200 g Brussel Sprouts
- 3 Radish
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1.5 tbsp Quark
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
- Spread, halved radishes, sprouts and garlic cloves(I leave in skin) on tin and spray with Frylite
- roast for 25 minutes in oven at 180 degrees
- Allow to cool, squeeze the garlic out of its skin and throw the roasted veg and all other ingredients in a blender
- I also added 3-4 squirts of Frylite in blende
- Zap to make a pate consistency.
