Ingredients
- Bag Of Sprouts
- Smoked Paprika
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Cut the end of the sprout and peel the leaves off until it's impossible to do. found rolling them round in my hands first loosened the leaves...
- Continue until you get bored or run out of sprouts.
- Put all the leaves in a bowl, toss with smoked paprika and salt (or whatever seasoning) and a squirt or two of 'Fry Lite' or oil spray.
- Spread on a baking sheet in single layer and baked at 200*C for about 10-15 minutes. They burn quickly!
