Ingredients
- 1 pack Slim & Save Original Oatmeal
- 2 Baby Bel
- 2 Egg Whites
- Fizzy Water
- 50 g Leak
- 50 g Onion
- 100 g Courgettes
Instructions
Cheesy Muffins
- mix oatmeal pack with 4 spoons of fizzy water, an egg white and a grated babybels
- Fry light a medium Yorkshire pudding size tin
- Divide mix into 2 holes
- Bake in oven 10-15 mins until risen and firm
Hash brown
- Dry fry chopped onion, Leek and fine grated courgette
- Strain in a tea towel to get rid of water
- Left me with about 150g total cooked weight
- Add egg white
- Fry light the other2 holes in the yorkie tray.
- Add fry light to mixture.
- Mould into tray and oven for 15
