Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Chicken Breast
  • 180 g Celeriac
  • 50 g Peppers
  • 5 g Spring Onions
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Place the chicken with the spring onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon and ginger in a blender and blitz until finely minced.
  • Make into 3 mini meatloaves and place in an oven on gas mark 6
  • Finely dice the celeriac and boil until soft.
  • Once cooked blend in a food processor with salt and pepper until mixed into a smooth puree.
  • Finely slice the peppers and sauté in garlic frylite and salt until soft.
  • Place the celeriac mash into a bowl... top with the sautéed peppers and the chicken meatloaves.
  • Sprinkle parsley flakes over the top (if desired)
