- 2 slices Chicken Wafer
- 24 g onion
- 2 Egg Whites
Instructions
- mix in a bowl and place in muffin cases
- I put in the oven 200 degrees for 20 mins.
- Add spices to taste, I use garlic and basil to take away the cauliflower taste.
