Chicken Liver Pate
Chicken Liver Pate- Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 200 g Raw Chicken Livers
- 9 sprays Frylight
- 60 g Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Beef oxo Cube
- Wash chicken livers then remove any fat
- Fry onion in non stick pan
- Add Chicken liver
- Add half a beef oxo and a little water and fry until chicken liver cooked.Takes about 15 mins.
- Keep topping up water so doesn't go dry, should be a bit sloppy at the end
- Add seasoning then whizz in food processor until smooth.
- Pop into two dishes
- Chill down to set a little. Yum!!!
