Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 35 g Slim Noodles
- 1 Spring Onion
- 2 Mushrooms
- 30 g Finely sliced pinch of : Mixed Herbs, Garlic, Salt , small pinch Ginger and dash Soy Sauce
- Ensure noodles are well rinsed
- Place stock cube and half litre of boiling water into saucepan
- Stir until well mixed
- Whilst keeping the stock at a bubbling simmer add the noodles (or spaghetti ) then add spices, soy sauce
- After couple of minutes add mushrooms and spring onions.
- Simmer for another 3-4 minutes then pour into a bowl and enjoy
