  • 100 g Extra Lean Mince Beef
  • 150 g Butternut Squash / Swede
  • 50 g Vegetables of choice
  • Oregano or Herbs
  • 1 pack Slim & Save Chilli / Cottage Pie
  • 1 OXO Cube
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Mini Babybel lite


  • Peel, chop and boil your butternut squash or swede in a pot of boiling water for approx 20 mins or until tender
  • Mash well
  • Dry fry the mince until brown, adding your herbs, seasonings and veg
  • Make up your SNS pack in the usual wayCombine the cooked mince and veg to your pack stir well
  • Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with your mashed squash or swede
  • If using, sprinkle the mash with grated BabybelCook at 175 for approx 30 minutesĀ
