Ingredients
- 100 g Extra Lean Mince Beef
- 150 g Butternut Squash / Swede
- 50 g Vegetables of choice
- Oregano or Herbs
- 1 pack Slim & Save Chilli / Cottage Pie
- 1 OXO Cube
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Mini Babybel lite
Instructions
- Peel, chop and boil your butternut squash or swede in a pot of boiling water for approx 20 mins or until tender
- Mash well
- Dry fry the mince until brown, adding your herbs, seasonings and veg
- Make up your SNS pack in the usual wayCombine the cooked mince and veg to your pack stir well
- Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with your mashed squash or swede
- If using, sprinkle the mash with grated BabybelCook at 175 for approx 30 minutesĀ
