Creamy chicken and veg with squash spaghetti - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 70 g Butternut Squash Spaghetti
- 130 g Any Veg
- 100 g Quorn Chicken / Chicken
- Soy Sauce/ Garlic Powder/ Pepper
- 1/2 Babybel Light
- 100 ml Milk
- Cook the chicken/quorn in the oven or grill
- Steam the veggies until crunchy but not hard
- Fry the butternut squash spaghetti add the soy sauce stirring regularly
- Add the milk and seasoning and allow to simmer and reduce the sauce slightly.
- Add the steamed veg and chicken or quorn and combine
- Dish up and sprinkle on the greated baby bell light cheese
