Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Diced Carrots
  • 250 g Cooked Chopped Beetroot
  • 50 g Chopped Onions
  • 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp White / Malt Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Italian Herbs
  • Large PInches Thyme, Majoram , Basil
  • Small Pinch Chilli Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to the boil and simmer till all veg is soft
  • Blitz with a hand blender
  • Split into ten portions for freezing
