Ham, Cheese, Onion and Mushroom Pizza - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 slice Lo-Dough Bread
- 50 g Honey Roast Ham or alternative
- 35 g Mushrooms raw
- 150 g Roasted Red Pepper
- 130 g Eatlean Protein Cheese or alternative
- 30 g Red Onion raw
- 1 pinch Basil Leaves
Instructions
- Add salt, pepper and few sprays of fright-light to peppers and roast for 15 mins at 150’C.
- Add a splash of water to a mixing bowl and add the peppers and use a hand blender to blitz them.
- Add the pepper mixture to the Lo Dough, going right to the edges of the base.
- Sprinkle with cheese, followed by the ham, mushrooms and onion and then bake for 13 mins at 150’C
- Roughly tear some basil leaves and scatter over the pizza, ready to serve.
