HOT CHILLI SAUCE
Ingredients
- 1 Red Chilli
- 95 g Onion
- 70 g Red Pepper
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
- Lemon Flavouring to Taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice the onion, red peppers, chilli, garlic and ginger and boil in small amount of water with salt, pepper and the lemon flavouring
- Once soft, puree in a blender until smooth consistency.
