Ingredients
- 50 g Mince Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 pack Slim & Save Chilli Con Carne
- 150 g Red Pepper
- 50 g Aubergine
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 tsp Slim & Save Lemon Flavouring
- Parsley
Instructions
- sautee the red peppers and aubergine until they are very soft. Season with salt pepper and chilli flakes
- brown the minced beef with the peppers and aubergine, crushed garlic, sns lemon flavouring and fresh parsley
- prepare the chilli con carne pack with water then mix with the above mixture
- once all combined, place in a baking dish then crack an egg on the top
- cook in oven until the egg white is fully cooked.
