- 1 Onion
- Coconut Frylight
- 100 g Quorn Mince
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Grated Fresh Ginger
- 30 g Petit Pois
- Fresh Coriander
- Chilli Flakes
- Fry onion in coconut oil Frylight until soft
- then add 100g Quorn mince, 1 teaspoon turmeric, grated ginger (thumb size), 3 cloves garlic grated, salt to taste
- Add a splash of water, 30g petit pois and a good amount of coriander leaves to finish
- The recipe calls for chilli flakes but I find the ginger makes it hot enough for me.
