  • 1 Onion
  • Coconut Frylight
  • 100 g Quorn Mince
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 30 g Petit Pois
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Chilli Flakes


  • Fry onion in coconut oil Frylight until soft
  • then add 100g Quorn mince, 1 teaspoon turmeric, grated ginger (thumb size), 3 cloves garlic grated, salt to taste
  • ¬†Add a splash of water, 30g petit pois and a good amount of coriander leaves to finish
  • The recipe calls for chilli flakes but I find the ginger makes it hot enough for me.
