Mini Quiche- Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 70 g Onken
- 1.5 Babybels
- Spinach and Peppers quishe toppings
Instructions
- Beat 2 eggs and stir in Yoghurt
- Season with pepper (I also like to add smoked paprika)
- Using a large muffin or Yorkshire tin spray with fry light
- Line base with desired flavours (I used spinach and peppers)
- Grate in babybels on top of flavouring
- Top with egg mixture
- Bake in oven 10-15 mins until risen and firm
