  • 2 Eggs
  • 70 g Onken
  • 1.5 Babybels
  • Spinach and Peppers quishe toppings


  • Beat 2 eggs and stir in Yoghurt
  • Season with pepper (I also like to add smoked paprika)
  • Using a large muffin or Yorkshire tin spray with fry light
  • Line base with desired flavours (I used spinach and peppers)
  • Grate in babybels on top of flavouring
  • Top with egg mixture
  • Bake in oven 10-15 mins until risen and firm
