No-Mato Sauce - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 200 g Onions
- 200 g Butternut Squash
- 200 g Leaks
- 200 g Aunt B's Carrot & Swede
- 300 g Beetroot
- Herbs, Pepper, Garlic Powder to taste
- Chop up onion, butternut, leek super fine and put into a big pan along with carrot and swede mash - with a little water and let cook on a low heat for 25 mins.
- Add chopped beets and cook for a further 15 mins.
- Add more water to get the right consistency and then pop in plenty of herbs, pepper and garlic powder.
- I then popped mine in my blender and whizzed it down to a smooth paste.
- Portion into freezer bags and grab when you need!
