Not Quite Paella - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g Grated Cauliflower
- 100 g Smooked Bacon
- 150 g Cooked Prawns
- 50 g Petit Pois
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Pinch of Saffron
- Pinch of Paprika
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Cook the bacon and remove from the pan to drain off the fat
- Throw in onion, garlic and petit pois to cook for 3 minutes or so
- Add red pepper, then grated cauliflower.
- Throw in a pinch of saffron, paprika and sea salt and cover and let cook for about 8-10 minutes or so
- Add the cooked prawns and bacon back into the pan and heat through.
- Serve and enjoy!
