Oven cooked sea bass with veg-Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 g Sea Bass approx
- 1 Small Spring onion, finely sliced
- Fresh Baby Spinach
- Basil or Coriander leaves
- Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- Spalsh White/Malt Vinegar
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- Frylight
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190C
- Choose a baking dish that will take fish, veg & mushrooms in a layer, side by side
- Spray Frylight and brush to cover dish bottom
- Season fish fillet on both sides & put at one end of dish
- Place veg next to fish, then mushrooms next to veg
- Season the veg and mushrooms
- In a small bowl mix the other ingredients and drizzle them evenly over the fish, veg and mushrooms
- cover with foil and back for 10 mins, then another 2 mins with foil removed.
