Pakoras - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pack Slim & Save Cottage Pie
- 30 g Kale
- Frylight
- Boiled Water
Instructions
- Add boiling water a little at a time to the cottage pie pack until you get a smooth, thick consistency.
- It will need to be firm enough to hold its shape
- Add the kale and mix well, adding more water if required.
- Season with curry powder, turmeric, black pepper and cayenne pepper and chilli powder to taste.
- Shape into balls using a teaspoon and spray with fry light
- Cook at gas mark 6 for roughly twenty minutes or until they have browned and gone crispy.
