Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Cod
  • 75 g Boiled petit Pois
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 120 g Swede
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Slim & Save Lemon Spritz Water Flavouring
  • Ginger
  • 25 g Fage
  • Parsley
  • 1 slice Ham
  • 10 g Spring Onion

Instructions

Swede croquettes

  • Boil Swede until soft then mash into a smooth consistency. 
  • Cut up 1 slice of ham and 25g spring onions into thin strips then combine with the mashed swede
  • Season with salt and pepper then form into palm sized croquettes. Bake in oven until golden brown.

Petit Pois Puree

  • Boil petit pois and once cooked blitz in the blender with garlic, parsley, fage and salt and pepper.

Thai dipping sauce:

  • Mix the soy sauce, water, lemon flavouring, chilli flakes, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.

Cod

  • Pan fry the cod for 5 minutes on each side on a medium - high flame. 
  • Season with salt and pepper. Top with chopped spring onion, red chilli and fried garlic
