Ingredients
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1/4 Red Pepper
- Mushrooms
- 25 g Quark
- Frylight
- Oxo Garlic & Herb shake
Instructions
- Cut up the veg and dry fry until cooked
- Spray frylite into pan, tip and spread beaten eggs
- Use low heat - slow and steady is better than burnt!
- Cover with veg and add blobs of Quark and seasoning and pop under the grill for a minute.
