Prawn, salmon and dill tagliatelle - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Courgette
- 50 g Quark
- 60 g Chopped Smoked Salmon
- 100 g Prawns
- Dill to taste
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Make courgette into tagliatelle, I used a spiralizer but you can use a potato peeler to create ribbon strips.
- Steam or microwave courgette for 4-5 mins
- Stir in quark (the heat of the courgette will make it melt)
- Add salmon, prawns and dill. Salt and pepper optional.
