Ingredients
 

  • 1 Courgette
  • 50 g Quark
  • 60 g Chopped Smoked Salmon
  • 100 g Prawns
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Make courgette into tagliatelle, I used a spiralizer but you can use a potato peeler to create ribbon strips. 
  • Steam or microwave courgette for 4-5 mins
  • Stir in quark (the heat of the courgette will make it melt)
  • Add salmon, prawns and dill. Salt and pepper optional.
