Quorn Stir Fry
Quorn Stir Fry- Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 15 g Fage
- 75 g Quorn Chicken
- 30 g Spinach
- 30 g Broccoli
- 2 Mini Babybels
- 50 g Zero Noodles
- Cook the spinach, cauliflower & broccoli in some boiling water.
- Put the fry lite in a frying pan and cook the Quorn.
- Once the vegetables have cooked put them in the frying pan.
- Take the pan off the heat and add in the fage.
- Grate the babybel into the pan and allow the residual heat to melt the cheese.
- Serve with zero noodles (blast these in the microwave for 3 mins, then add to the pan!)
