- 400 g Rhubarb
- Knuckle of Fresh Ginger
- 3 Sweetner Tablets
- 2 tsp Slim & Save Water flavouring
- 300 ml Water
- Peel and chop ginger and slice the rhubarb
- Add all ingredients to pot, bring through the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes to totally soften rhubarb
- Blitz with a hand blender or force through a sieve to get a smooth syrup like mix.
- Store in a bottle in fridge
