Rhubarb, Ginger and Saffron Chicken Casserole
Rhubarb, Ginger and Saffron Chicken Casserole- Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 125 g Chopped Chicken
- 150 g Sliced Rhubarb
- 50 g Finely Sliced Onion
- 15 g Diced Fresh Ginger
- 1 clove Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Saffron
- 1/2 tsp Whine Whine / Lemon Spritzer water falvouring
- 120 ml Water
- Combine everything in a casserole dish and cook for an hour at 180 degrees.
- Serve with some freshly chopped Coriander on top
