Ingredients
 

  • 85 g Cooked Beef
  • 4 handfuls Spinach
  • 10 g Red Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Stock
  • 1 Green Cardomom
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin , Coriander, Salt and Paprika
  • pinch Turmeric , Ground Cloves, Cinnamon and Garam Masala

Instructions

  • Saute onions 10 mins
  • Add garlic, ginger and spices except bay leaf and cardomom, cook 2 mins
  • Add spinach, stock, bay leaf, crushed cardomom pod, salt and beef. Cook for 3 of 4 mins.
  • Stir in yogurt to finish
