  • 50 g Prawns
  • 50 g Squid
  • 1 pack Slim & Save Original Oatmeal
  • 145 g Swede
  • 30 g Fage
  • 35 g Celeriac
  • 25 g Beetroot
  • 30 g Fennel
  • 5 g Spring Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cinnamon & Chilli Flakes


  • season the oatmeal with salt pepper cinnamon and chilli flakes
  • Dust the prawn and squid with the seasoned oatmeal
  • cook in oven or airfryer until golden brown
  • Slice the swede and celeriac into chips and parboil until almost cooked then finish off in oven till crispy. They can be sprayed with garlic frylight and seasoned with rock salt
  • ┬áthinly slice the beetroot and fennel to make the salad
  • ┬ámake a tangy dip by mixing the fage with SNS lemon flavouring, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and spring onions
