Slim rice Biriani- Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 25 g Onions & Fresh Ginger
- 175 g Carrots , Green beans , Mushroom , Brocooli , Cauliflower
- 1 pack Slim Rice
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Cardamon Pods
- Biriani Spice
- Prepare veg (and chicken if you're not a vegetarian)
- using fry light, brown the onion and ginger, then add the rest of the veggies.
- Sprinkle spices and continue to lightly fry - will need to add some water to water fry it.
- When you are happy with the texture add in the washed slim rice.
- Mix it all up, adding water to help fry it if needed.
- Enjoy! Of course, if you want it with chicken you will need to cook the chicken too, I would recommend slicing into small pieces so that it cooks quicker, and coating it in spice to make it taste better.
