Ingredients
 

  • 25 g Onions & Fresh Ginger
  • 175 g Carrots , Green beans , Mushroom , Brocooli , Cauliflower
  • 1 pack Slim Rice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cardamon Pods
  • Biriani Spice

Instructions

  • Prepare veg (and chicken if you're not a vegetarian)
  • using fry light, brown the onion and ginger, then add the rest of the veggies. 
  • Sprinkle spices and continue to lightly fry - will need to add some water to water fry it.
  • When you are happy with the texture add in the washed slim rice.
  • Mix it all up, adding water to help fry it if needed. 
  • Enjoy! Of course, if you want it with chicken you will need to cook the chicken too, I would recommend slicing into small pieces so that it cooks quicker, and coating it in spice to make it taste better.
