Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Slim & Save Original Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Shake
  • 30 ml Water
  • 25 g Quark
  • 1/2 tsp Slim & Save Vanilla Shake Powder

Instructions

  • Put oatmeal and heaped teaspoon of vanilla shake powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add water one teaspoon at a time until mixture takes on the consistency of cake batter
  • Put one teaspoon into 6 silicone cupcake cases, split the remainder equally between the cases. 
  • Place on a baking tray in the top of an oven preheated to gas mark 3 for approx 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Whilst cooling mix 25g of Quark with half a teaspoon of vanilla shake powder (add more if it's not sweet enough for you) then use the "cream" to sandwich 2 of the biscuits together.
