Slim & Save Custard Creams
Ingredients
- 1 pack Slim & Save Original Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Vanilla Shake
- 30 ml Water
- 25 g Quark
- 1/2 tsp Slim & Save Vanilla Shake Powder
Instructions
- Put oatmeal and heaped teaspoon of vanilla shake powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Add water one teaspoon at a time until mixture takes on the consistency of cake batter
- Put one teaspoon into 6 silicone cupcake cases, split the remainder equally between the cases.
- Place on a baking tray in the top of an oven preheated to gas mark 3 for approx 20 minutes or until golden.
- Whilst cooling mix 25g of Quark with half a teaspoon of vanilla shake powder (add more if it's not sweet enough for you) then use the "cream" to sandwich 2 of the biscuits together.
