- 1/2 White Cabbage
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 8 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- Salt & Pepper and Herbs
- Grate the cabbage and carrot and dice the onion.
- Pour into a bowl, and mix up.
- Add the Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and herbs to your desired taste and mix.
