Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Kale
  • 50 g Mushrooms raw
  • 20 g Pickled Onions
  • 100 g Tuna in Spring Water
  • 50 g Mixed Peppers
  • 10 g Spring Onions
  • Dash Malt Vinegar

Instructions

  • Chop the mushrooms, peppers and onions
  • Add the Kale to a bowl
  • Drain the tuna and add to the Kale, add a few drops of malt vinegar
  • Add the mushrooms, peppers and onions into the bowl and serve
