Veggie Crisps - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Beetroot
- Few Slices Swede
- Slice your vegetables very thin.
- Put on a baking tray and spray with Fry Light
- Put in the oven at 200 degrees on the top shelf.
- Turn over half way through cooking
- When the crisps are almost ready put onto a lower shelf
- Keep a close eye on them as these vegetables soon cook.
