It can be BBQ time every day with the new Slim & Save Burger Mix! Why not add some crisp lettuce and diced onion, for the perfect accompaniment to a tasty burger.
Simply add water and shape to one or two burgers then grill or fry.
Directions for use:
- Empty content of one packet into a bowl.
- Add 75ml of cold water and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
- Shape into a burger and cook in a pre-heated non-stick pan with a low calorie oil spray, turning as required until golden brown on both sides
- Consume within 10 minutes for full nutritional benefit.

Hi Charlie, I have seen some posts on our Facebook group saying that members had microwaved the Burger Mix but I also wanted to try it for myself!
I mixed with water and used approx 50ml and then left to sit for a few minutes for it to settle and absorb the water and then popped the mixture into the microwave on a plate and shaped and cooked for 60 seconds, which was not quite long enough and then for a further 30 seconds, it did look squidgy in the middle but I left for a few minutes so it could continue to cook through and was ok.
