Directions for use:
- Empty content of one packet into a microwave safe dish and stir in 140 to 150ml of hot but not boiling water.
- Stir until well dissolved.
- Microwave for 90 seconds then stir and microwave for a further 30 seconds
- Leave to stand for one minute before consuming.
- Consume within 10 minutes for full nutritional benefit.
