Because these High Protein Soya Puffs contain 10g of high quality protein and 166 calories, the easiest way to keep inside of your calories is to have the vegetable allowance with one of your three standard packs, use the milk allowance as normal and replace the protein (meat/fish/chicken) element with the Soya Puffs on their own as a snack.
