I started out this diet hoping to get to my target of 10st 10lb. The first few days were a bit of a challenge, but I was determined I was going to get that slim body for Christmas this year. Well, in week one I stood on those scales. 7lb loss! Holy moly, half a stone in week one.
So week two came around, and I thought ok, so this week is going to be a low week after a 7lb the first week. I stood on the scales, and i couldn’t believe it 5lb off! Week after week on plan, the numbers were dropping. More and more people were telling me how good I was looking. I had one day off plan for my anniversary and straight back on the next day. I still lost 3lb that week. But my advice to Anyone on plan, is stay on the plan. The next three days were hard, But with some determination, I got past it.
This diet has changed me so much. I wake up in the morning and like the lady in the mirror looking back. I can go in my wardrobe and pick out anything and not have to worry if it covers my arms or my belly or if I look fat. I honestly cannot recommend this diet enough. If you stick to it, it works. I also beat my target, and I am now 10st 3lbs.
