I had been overweight for years. I wasn’t obese, but I was far heavier than was healthy for me and apart from that, I was highly uncomfortable in myself. I hated the way I looked and felt and had been unhappy with my weight for as long as I can remember. A friend told me about Slim & Save and how it had helped him so much, so I took a look into it. I decided on the lifestyle plan, and it was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. I lost nearly 4 st, and not only that, it changed my relationship with food entirely. Portion control, discipline, eating times, cravings, and after I had completed my time on the plan, it gave me such an appreciation for the food I was eating.
This really has changed my life, and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for what this plan has done for me. I think it’s important to include, however, that this is not easy. It’s not a quick fix, although you very very quickly see results from your efforts, and it’s not something you can just do when you feel like it. You have to be committed, have real discipline and follow the guidance given by the awesome team at Slim & Save to the letter. And if you do, you absolutely will get the results you want.
