Slim & Save Onion Bhajjiis

Onion Bhajjiis- With Slim & Save Pack

  • 1 pack Slim & Save Thai soup / Curry Noodle soup/ Cottage pie/ Mild Curry/Bombay Potatoes
  • 50 g Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder


  • Pop a tbsp water in with chopped onion and cook for a minute in microwave to soften.
  • Add SnS pack and curry powder to onion, stir and gradually add some water to get a thick mix(I sometimes also add spinach
  • Mould into ball shapes on a silicone sheet or in muffin cases
  • Spray with some Frylight and cook for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees
  • Can be served with some home made Raita which is just yoghurt with mint stirred in.
