Roasted pepper
Whole pepper (deseeded and stalk removed), white pith removed and cut into 3
Season with garlic flakes, oregano n black pepper
I put it in a bowl n put another bowl on top of it and microwaved for about 6 minutes till 'wilted', removed skin.
Tzaziki
50g cucumber grated (all excess water removed by putting in cheese bag n squeezing), 100g fage (minus the 2 tbsp used for wrap), mint and garlic flakes.
I then layered it as shown with olives (25g). Rolled up and ate. Even let my hubby try some and he loved it.
