  • 150 g Cauli Rice
  • 100 g Jumbo Tiger Prawns
  • 1/2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Weight Watchers Sausage
  • Paprika and Seasoning


  • Cook the chicken, weight watches sausage and cauli rice 
  • Cut all meats up into small pieces and pop all into a frying pan and add seasoning.
  • Pop in the uncooked prawns and put lid on frying pan with a little water so it steams and cooks the prawns ( keep eye on this to make sure you don't burn the cauli rice ).
  • Once cooked assemble.
