Veggie Crisps - Lifestyle Plan Recipe
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Beetroot
- Few Slices Swede
Slice your vegetables very thin.
Put on a baking tray and spray with Fry Light
Put in the oven at 200 degrees on the top shelf.
Turn over half way through cooking
When the crisps are almost ready put onto a lower shelf
Keep a close eye on them as these vegetables soon cook.
