  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Beetroot
  • Few Slices Swede


  • Slice your vegetables very thin.
  • Put on a baking tray and spray with Fry Light
  • Put in the oven at 200 degrees on the top shelf.
  • Turn over half way through cooking
  • When the crisps are almost ready put onto a lower shelf
  • Keep a close eye on them as these vegetables soon cook.
